Send us your contractor list, we file every 1099. From $149 for up to 10 contractors.
Order This Service →No retainer · ACMA CGMA reviewed · Annual (January 31 deadline)
Every US business that paid an independent contractor $600+ in 2025 must file Form 1099-NEC with the IRS and each state by January 31. Miss the deadline and penalties stack: $60/form up to August, then $310/form, capped at $3,987,000. The DIY market is saturated (Tax1099, Track1099, eFile4Biz — all $2-$3/form software you configure yourself). Nobody productises 'send us a CSV, we handle it.' We do — flat $149 for up to 10 contractors, $9 per additional. CGMA-reviewed before submission.

1099-NEC is for non-employee compensation paid to contractors ($600+). 1099-MISC is for rent, prizes, attorney payments, royalties, etc. Most businesses only need 1099-NEC. We assess which form applies to each payment automatically.
File immediately. Penalties scale by lateness: $60/form (filed within 30 days), $130/form (filed by August 1), $330/form (after August 1 or never filed). We can file late and include a reasonable-cause letter that often reduces penalties to zero — particularly for first-time late filers.
Yes for states that participate in the Combined Federal/State Filing program (35 states + DC — IRS forwards data automatically). For non-participating states (e.g. California, Massachusetts, New York), state filing is $19/state added. Most clients pay $149 + $0 because their contractors are in CFSF states.
Yes. If you receive 1099-Ks from Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Etsy, Amazon, etc., we reconcile those gross-payment-volume figures to your actual revenue (1099-K is gross; your revenue may include refunds/fees that net to less). $99 add-on per platform per year. Critical for e-commerce businesses with multiple payment processors.
Usually yes. Single-member LLCs and partnerships taxed as such get 1099s. Multi-member LLCs taxed as corporations (S-corp or C-corp election) do NOT get 1099s (except for legal fees). Their W-9 will indicate. We validate this automatically.
